Porn rating can never be trusted, I love Asian women but Asian porn always has a low rating. I my self think they are super hot and the sounds they make during sex is even better. But on to the topic, Anal isn't any more disgusting that normal sex, in fact it's easier to reach the G spot during Anal. Look up Karmasutra for a more enlightening view on the topic.
