Let's guess this game's Metacritic score. Me, I'm going for a 78/100 on this one. Not a bad score at all, mind you. I just suspect that some of the issues that I've always had with Spider-Man (ie: his constant talking to himself, his propensity for fighting random robots, and his lack of heavy hitting villains--in this game, at least) are going to hurt him.
If they were able to add some characters like Venom, Carnage, Mysterio, Green Goblin, Kraven the Hunter, Doctor Octopus, and others, I'd boost it. Unfortunately, with this game being tied to the movie, there are going to be certain things from Spider-Man lore that are just off limits.
