Yeah I agree. I just hate it when people call the current gen advanced when in fact phones are more powerful.

Actually, full multitasking is something that consoles will never give to you. They want to offer the best possible graphics with a limited hardware. That's why you need a PC with several times the power of a PS360 to achieve the same performance (or pass it, like today's PCs). That's the main reason because a phone with more power than a console simply doesn't deliver the same result.

As far as I know, its the Ps3 thatr cant multi task. 

Actually, none of them can. They have some multitasking habilities (PS3 can download a demo on PSN while you play another game, etc). But they can't do everythiung at the same time. A 360 can't run Gears 3, stream a Netflix movie and open IE10 at the same time. A PS3 can't run the browser, run a game and play a video.
