Altough some people doubt it but Orcarina of Time gave the 3DS a big boost and many people bought a 3DS just because of this game, two of my best friends did. Of course they bought other games as well but Orcarina of Time was reason they the Device in the first place.
Maybe Gravity rush boosted the Vita a bit but not even remotely as much as Ocarina of time boosted the 3DS.
