Every Xbox 720 will ship with Kinect v2, anything else wouldn't make sense.

The document even says so ("Launch price point: $299 (with Kinect v2)").

Oh, it's confirmed now! Arnold is on the case!

 

It's more likely they'll have more than one bundle, like the beginning of this gen.
