1) While MS asking for the removal does suggest its legit, it does not prove it.
2) However, its yearly plans describe SmartGlass perfectly and this doc existed well before E3. To me, that and other details of the document prove its legit.
3) Regardless of that, you can't assume 100% of everything in there is exactly what we'll see. Plans change over time and this was created in 2010.
4) Some details are intentionally vague, like CPU and GPU and other 720 configurations. $299 was a target price and will like change as final hardware details are decided upon.
