I talked with Sony on the phone and they told me the Vita needs ti be reset. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy has no idea of what he's talking about. I'll look into it.

You can switch accounts on the Vita, but I believe you lose any settings/wallpapers/bubble arrangements you made on the other account, nothing important like saves though.
