M$ just should pay
As if they had money problems - They also can't afford to lose the US as a market and Motorola/Google knows that too.
They have the leverage(i think this is the word) to ask for anything they want.Without the USA the 360 is dead.
Without the USA the 360 won't sell anything compared to the buddies of google aka Sonys PS3.
They need the sales of the yearly Call of Duty and Halo Special Editions
