Those new studios are well into developing games for the new platform, and Microsoft is probably carrying that years lead over onto their new platform. Not hard to do considering PS3 games look better than 360 games. I think what he meens is that they probably have some games already to the level of PS3 or slightly more polished. They want to wait until their is a large enough difference so that they can compare them and say...."See how much better PS4 is"? For me right now, PS3 exclusives look great and play great. PS4 is not really needed yet IMO. Maybe another 2 years unless they completly revamp the OS and add some different features to the console.
