Well their is a factor of laziness involved with the unemployment rate of countries..The problem is that it is certainly not the case with Spain...it would be great if that was the problem, sadly the problem is that their is no solution or answer for the millions of unemployed. Ever had an interview where you had 3-4 concurrents for the same job? Most in that situation will pessimestic for getting the job;...now imagine if you have 50-150 concurrents and have NO EXPERIENCE.... Good luck!
For many they have more chance to win the lottery to get a job, creating your own store/restaurant/company is almost impossible thx to banks not giving a loan or simply have no money and if you can open it you have a high failing rate because a big group of the population haves income to spend it in your store...
The only answer is an radical one and then you end up like on girl in my office who comes whole the way from Spain to work here. The boss allows her to sleep in the office so she can give the money she save to her family...she even go so far to only eat one meal a day and only drink water from the crane while trying to work 12-16 hours a day....6days in the week..
