Lets GO PORTUGAL !!!

Although i previously established with you that I really don't like Portugal, I doubt that you have much to worry about. Portugal are generally better than all of the Group A teams. I said to a few people that all four Group A should have been kicked out and the best 3rd-placed teams from the other groups should have gone through instead.

Both the Czech and Greece are likely to get rolled over with causing their opponents too many problems.

I think Greece will pose a bigger problem to Germany than most people think. It's not going to be just another football match, much pride will be in the mix as well.

True, but I feel Germany are just too good to go done to Greece the way teams like Portugal, France and the Czech Republic did in 2004. If it ended up being an England-Greece semi-final I think that could be both an interesting and odd match, as England would probably play Greece at their own game.

Personally I think that Löw and his squad are already foreseeing the type of play that Greece is going to put out and they'll play it with a ton of patience, though I think that an added time game resolution is something that we can look to.

OT - The only team that actually wanted to win this game was the one that won it. Still, Ronaldo's not having a lucky star by his side. He has already 3 goals but with a bit more luck it could have been 6/7 (4 balls to the posts so far).

Pretty poor attitude from the Czech team, they completely forfeit the match after the 25th minute mark of the first half (they had no strikes on target and only a couple of strikes of target) and they didn't exist offensively in the second half. It really pissed me off, because coupled with our bad luck, I was fearing an Euro 2004 Greece all over again.

First team on the semi-finals and we're still going strong.
