.I would but right now there is still conflicting rumors in regards to WiiU and PS4 power levels.
You could have 720>wiiu>ps4 or 720>ps4>wiiu or ps4>720>wiiu based on various levels of each major component.
I think its safe to say at this point based on rumors and educated guesses that MSony are targeting similar power levels that will be more powerful than WiiU but not anywhere near the degree of this gen's gap. Probably more similar to PS2 to Xbox/GC differences.
As things become clearer, I will definitely put up simple equations like that.
Edit: I updated the 2nd post with your recommendation. Figured I could clear it up a bit and still take into account the rumor variations.
