If that picture gives an accurate summary of the game & if my evaluation of that picture is absolutely correct, then it's a SoTC rip-off set in a futuristic setting with bionic rodents as the dominant species instead of humans.

one question: what are NiGHTS?

It's a Sega Saturn game which mixed flight and platforming. Got some good reviews and is considered to be one of the greatest "cult classic" games ever made.

Also, the lead programmer of NiGHTS is directing Rodea.
