You hear the EU is planning to penalize pricing well above US and Japan (I don't remember where I read it, but it's likely kotaku, joystiq, or destructoid)? I guess it isn't all import taxes.

 What is the US vs Japan difference anyway?  Doesn't Japan get stuff even cheaper then the US?
