no way tablets disappear completely...
it is all about fit-for-purpose...
if i am taking a lot of notes in meetings i want a keyboard on an ultra book. if i am on a cramped airplane, i want just a tablet, if i want gaming i want a smokin desktop pc, and for a portable desktop pc i want a high end big screen laptop, and when i dont have any of those i will use my smart phone.
some people will buy them all, others will have a few devices, others will only buy one... The nice thing... Now everyone has form factor choice!
