To be fair... there is a stance in between there.
Warren Buffet for example thinks that the federal government would be far less efficent with his money then charities. He just thinks the tax rate would get more overall cash that would make up for governments crippling inefficency. (This was his response when he was asked why he doesn't cut a check to congress instead of Bill Gates)
Now... I know what your thinking...
"So why isn't he argueing about cutting back on government efficency."
I'd guess he figures raising taxes is easier.
