Well, I will be getting the Wii U and Xbox 3. So, for me to be buying Playstation 4 they would need more than one mindblowing exclusive. I mean, I buy the Wii U solely for the Nintendo games and I buy the Xbox for Halo and third party titles (used to also be because of Rare).
I don't want to buy two consoles that share the same third party titles, but it's never too late for PS4 to impress me with new exclusives.
Edit: Preferably a cooperative shooter.
