They can force... with money. Like not just port things to Vita, make them exclusive to Vita.
It's going to be expensive, but imagine a God Eater 2 Vita exclusive... that would shake things up - it's taking so long I think it's what's happening.
Heavly costly to do now, but harvest time later. What Sony can't do is let 3DS get say 9 million while VIta is at 1, and them try to do that. An exclusive God Eater 3 would take way too long.
