They are suggesting the 2nd half was dull, after the 1st half both teams went to bed (The french are wearing a nightcap)

Another joke I get a bit too late. I just can't read the small writing properly. On another note, I like the Greece-Czech Republic one, and feel its a shame there isn't one for Ukraine-France.
