I didn't give it a score, just talk about pros and cons. It's impossible to give it an overall score really.
I'd say that as a handheld that wants to replicate console gaming, it's perfect. But it's up to you to decide whether that's good or not and it needs more SW that takes advantage of that possibility, so the overall score cannot be that high.
U:GA is an 8.5 and GR is a 9, both great games. More are needed though.

No worries, how is the transferring system from PC to the system's memory card? Is it automatic (might be a dumb question) like the PSP or are you forced to use a program made by Sony to transfer files?

I only used it once briefly to try it out, but from what I remember you have to use a Vita program. When you plug your Vita to your PC you'll install it (it's a really short install), then specify where the Vita will access the music, videos, etc. (from music folder, desktop...). It's a bit stupid if you ask me, I'd like to be able to simply drag and drop. It works well though if you don't mind that.
