It's just hard to take something like that serious. I seem to feel more emotion for FF games after FF6 then before (although 1 - 6 was just as fun). The more real a game looks the more immersed you can get in the enviroment and characters, they're like real people now not some pixelated mess on a screen. |
I see what you did there and I agree with you to some extent. But I dont agree with you that games with sprites like the first 6 FF games cant evoke emotions.In fact FF6 and Chrono Trigger were one of the most emotional games I played.
