Nintendo won't be at TGS, but they always have their own separate news conference around the same time frame.
I think this is when they'll announce all the final details and hopefully many additional games and unique features.
But it is funny that out of hte hardware manufacturers, Sony will be the only one there. Kinda makes sense as MS will have bigger presentations that coincide with Windows8 launch.
