TGS is more for third parties, since Nintendo is usually out - due to spaceworld/nintendo world - and Sony's presence in japan is minimal. They won't announce Uncharted there.
Whoever wins TGS is the system with more japanese third parties. I think Nintendo has this year in the bag, especially if MH remains exclusive.
