Who's your favourite FEMALE musician?

I just wanted to know who's your favourite female musician and why (because she looks awesome or makes awesome music)

 

For me, the look doesn't matter I listen to the music so the look never comes to my mind. 

I like Maya Arulpragasam ( also known as M.I.A.) with her cool mix of dancehall, rap and electronic.

But I'm also a huge fan of PJ Harvey this woman is GREAT! And I love also the music of Martha Wainwright, the sister of Rufus Wainwright, the track "Bloody Mother F***ing A**hole" is awesome and not only because of the lyrics!
