They have to beat Portugal by 2 goals and have Germany beat Denmark, which is definitely possible.

Anything is possible in Football, but given the current situation for all teams, Holland still has the slimmest chance of all the teams in the group. Also, history is playing against Holland on this particular confrontation, since they haven't beaten Portugal since 2004.
