the black cat shop sells quite a lot of port crystals.  200k each.

 

So far I have placed either 5 or 6 around Gransys map...

 

 

and just next to it... later on madeline opens her shop near there and you can get an achievement/trophy when you visit her


10 seems to be the cap. bought 30, couldnt use more than 10-12~
