Pretty sure TS is dead as far as I am concerned... G-Face sounds horrible in both name and concept so no I would not like that.
The thing about Timesplitters is it was designed as a fun FPS with some realistic elements, rather than the dominant type of FPS, if not the dominant type of game, which is a realistic FPS that you can have fun in. No publishers seem to want the former anymore, perhaps because they don't tend to give an easy way out for making a sequel like the latter type does (which basically involves a slightly tweaked story and new level design)
