^Wrong.

Halo is also in decline. Having new and unproven developers won't help either. Plus its been surpassed by COD as the #1 FPS.

You also forgot LittleBigPlanet is close to 5 million sales.

Kinect, like Wii.... has lost steam already.

No sorry you are wrong, Halo is not in decline, compare Halo3 + Halo3 ODST + Halo Reach VS Halo:Combact Evolved + Halo 2

Now compare GT3 VS GT5 or GT4 vs GT5.

COD is mutiplatform it makes no sense to talk about, or If you really whant to talk about it's a point in favour of nextbox. Since, as I said, Ps4 will likely have an inferior hardware or be more expansive, Nextbox will likely be the best alternative for multiplatoform games.

For big IP I mean something that sells around 5-6 million units each iteration, LBP1 has almost reached 5million copies while LBP2 went only to 2.5m copies.

i dont get it why would the PS4 be either more expensive than the nextbox or weaker? how would you possibaly know that? because PS3 is more expensive than xbox 360? well guess what they are two different machines. there is no effidence that this is the only possible case. tell me one logical reason why? they might have around the same hardware and hoursepower and have the same price, isnt that possible? maybe the nextbox would have a kinect like camera built in, there for increasing its cost, while ps4 wouldnt but would have stronger hardware yet still the same price or even cheaper.

Of course my statement is based on an assumption.

The assumption is: considering Sony actual financial status, it's possible (if not probable) they won't be able to sell Ps4 on loss (like they did with Ps3). Microsoft on the other hand is doing fine so they'll likely be able to sell their next console on loss while compensating with profits from Xbox live subscriptions and from other departments. This means Microsoft will likely be able to sell the same hardware at a lower price or alternatively to sell a superior hardware at the same price.
