I don't know if I'd use my biggest established brands (God of War, Uncharted, Gran Turismo) to push my console at launch. It would be a good strategy in the past for consoles like the Nes, Snes, and N64 but these days, I'd probably start things off with some compelling, new IP's and my "second string" franchises. Then, when I brought out updated versions of my big guns, it would almost be like a second coming.
Look at titles like Halo 3, Gears of War, Mario Galaxy, Gran Turismo, 3D Land, God of War 3, Metroid Prime 3, Mario Kart 7, etc. Hell, even last gen with titles like Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart Advance, Gran Turismo 3, and many others--you don't lead with your best move. You keep something in the tank. Just announce that your big games are coming and show off a little footage to keep the fans hyped.
