Do you have a source for that Wii U controller cost? Because I don't think that thing with its low quality DS style screen is going to cost them more than $50 to produce.

The graphics on the screen show off at E3 for games like Batman: Arkham City and even the Othello game are quite a bit better than DS quality graphics.

He probably meant in terms of screen technology and resolution, not the quality of the material streamed into it. In terms of dots per square inch, the technology seems largely the same.
