Wow, really? That's.... surprising to say the least.

In the andriasang link posted earlier, it also said Modern Warfare 3 outsold Ni no Kuni the week it launched. That's right, MW3. I'm going to infer from this that Japan has their priorities all wrong.

Call of Duty is actually pretty popular in Japan, not as popular as it is in the west, but enough to sell well.

Just to clarify, I meant MW3 outsold it in Japan during the week Ni no Kuni launched. It was even at number one for sales during that week. But yeah.
