1. That may result in an attractive loss per system. But yeah, it may be necessary to make the software and accessories sell.
2. Yup. This is the most important part.
3. It will be hard to break Xbox Live subscribers trust to their old familiar interface. I mean, they spend lots of money for it. If Sony can match that quality and make it free, hopefully the word of mouth makes people jump over.
4. Well, so far they have failed massively when it comes to the Vita's marketing. Every single person I talk to about Vita has no idea of what I'm talking about. They need better marketing to make their brand stronger, once again.
