That's Call of Duty 2 for the 360 at lauch. Compere that game with Halo 4, its like a completely different system. 

but that still looked way better than 99% of the games on Ps2/xbox/gamecube.

and it was just 4 years after the previous generation of consoles launched. not only did Call of Duty 2 on XBOX 360 come out just 4 years after xbox 1 and gamecube. the wii U is launching 6/7 years after xbox360/wii/ps3, thats a lot more time between generations. Many games on PS3 (and perhaps xbox) look better than the wii U games shown.
