The question is, when you load, say, gmail, why doesn't it ask you which account you want to access? Why not leave it up to the person, as they're using it, to tell the system which one they want to use? Why must it insist on remembering which account you're currently "using"?
As it currently stands, the easier solution is to not link them at all, and instead use two separate browsers for the purposes of things involving the second account. Which completely defeats the point of having multi-accounts anyway.
