Sony not planning PlayStation Vita price cut and mentions lack of Vita Talk at E3

Why wasn't psv included in the psn plus deal?
There really should have been free games for vita, like ps1 classics or psp games at least.

C'mon Sony, there are psp games that psvita owners want to play. Let us play them!
Hell half of us have a large catalogue of psp games that we can't play either.
