This request doesn't really make sense when it comes to Game of Thrones as sex language/acts and nudity aren't incorporated like in other shows.
In True Blood, for example, a show with "typical" sex scenes (e.g. Jessica: "You're so hot. I want you, Jason. Get down, boy!" followed by 30 seconds of sex with covered breasts), you could edit or easily skip them.
In Game of Thrones (similar to HBO's spiritual predecessors Rome and Sopranos) on the other hand, sex scenes and nudity don't build up, they aren't "introduced", these scenes appear unexpectedly, Sudden, unpexpected nudity and - more important: sudden sex or rude language - are part of the concept. You could surely edit it if you wanted but it wouldn't make sense for such a show.
Here's a perfect (and hilarious) example from "Rome" to illustrate what I mean. It doesn't show a sex act, only the intention, but this short discussion is all about sex (and takes place on the day of Casear's funeral; the guy on the bed is Mark Anthony, the for once reluctant woman is his lover Atia):

While Marc Anthony demands sex from Atia, it's interesting to see that not only 4 female slaves are in the same room while he talks about sex, but also that Atia, as owner of the house (it's her house, she's Casear's niece and the mother of future emperor Octavian aka Augustus) offers him a slave for sex as replacement. "I am not rising from this bed until i've fucked someone." "Fine, fine. Fetch that German slut from the kitchen".
Love that scene.
You could surely edit such a dialogue/scene, but in the case of shows like Rome and Game of Thrones (which has less sex talk/acts and nudity than Rome) it wouldn't make sense in my opinion.
