Um...that's not plagiarism. Plagiarism is when you represent someone else's work to be your own.
Copyright infringement is when you use someone else's work without their permission. However, whether a site frowns on a full article being used or not depends on the site. As long as the original source is referenced, many sites won't be upset with the use.
