I think the reason The Last of Us has more hits right now is because it's a new IP that people were eager to see gameplay of, whereas many people already know what to expect from Halo 4; I wouldn't draw conclusions that The Last of Us will be bigger than Halo 4 because I really doubt it. With that said, I do think that there is potential for The Last of Us to at least do better than an Uncharted release, as it could draw both Uncharted fans, as well as survival/horror fans.
