From what i've saw from the E3 demo Wii U version not only don't tear that it runs to 60 FPS, And an official statement said that Nintendo is helping the development and has extra stages, etc etc comparing to PS360 versions, so yeah probably the game will be 8+/10 rated comparing to PS360 versions. And the PS360 versions runs at 30 FPS with some deeps and Tear sometimes very noticeable.
