This is a company that made its first annual loss in its entire 100+ year history partly because it was brave enough to take losses on 1 of its 2 only real major product lines (barring games), and has consistently shown since March last year that they will fight for the consumer where necessary.

Op is suffering Pachter levels of delusion right now, which is understandable because i too am quite disappointed, but I think Nintendo's going to move their ass on this issue sooner than we think.
