Stick with the UK PSN+ Beside the 10 games (5 retail and 5 PSN games) you'll also get the 6-7 PSN games from last month. I think it's still this week that you can enjoy them. It's also easier with downloadable content etc. Unless you only use your US account off course for trophies etc.
