No. Ellen Page is the actress for 3EYOND, but Ellie [The Last Of Us] just resembles Page a bit (a little less so now though).

I wonder if they made Ellie younger because of ellen page resemblance and since she is in the beyond game or just to simply make her younger for the story to be more effective.
