Or maybe four bullets and no gun. Joel will have to manually propel the bullets using his arm. Fortunately, Joes used to be a semi-pro Baseball pitcher, so he has experience here. Accuracy is key here: the only area that will cause massive damage is the enemies' eyes. Joel will have to use trial & error to determine the best angle & power of his throws (ala Angry Birds).
