The conference starts at 10am Pacific Time and right now it's 8:40 Pacific Time...so 1 hour, 20 minutes.

O.o, Xbox.com says 48 minutes now and I didn't hear they were doing a 30 mins pre-show either.. hmm maybe they are though.
