Wow. I'm not a particularly big fan of Epic (I think Cliff Bleszinski is an absolute tosspot), but this was a really nice thing of them to do. Or really sensible thing, seeing as how they were looking for new employees.
Still, keeping them all together in the same studio is respectable. Good luck to them.
