The Wii U power comment is probably a bit conservative, especially in light of the reports that Nintendo has beefed it up a little from last year in response to dev feedback.
Unreal Engine 4 will absolutely run on next-gen consoles. It makes so much sense for Epic and the platform holders to make this happen.
"There will be a few changes in Black Ops 2 from MW3". Safest prediction ever. Of course they'll make a few tweaks.
Dishonored being game of the show actually has a shot of being true. The last preview I read makes it sound as if the game has interesting characters, a unique world, and lots of ways to accomplish your goals.
Microsoft isn't winning E3 without new hardware or some megaton game that I can't even imagine right now, especially in light of the rumors of their show being service-centric.
I'm betting HL3 will be a no-show.
