I'd say they're fairly off.

In terms of the big 3 I'm expecting: Nintendo -> Microsoft -> Sony, Nintendo will win it due to the WiiU being new hardware.

Dishonored being the game of the show sounds like nonsense, and Half Life 3 even though I would love for it to be announced sounds unlikely. :(
