There's 14 official Zelda games (two being linked), but you've only listed 9. In mixed case, at that. What of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons/Ages, The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventure, and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap? Hmm, all handheld Zelda games...
Anyway, I personally don't think it's fair to judge the 3D and 2D (or 2D-style, in the case of Phantom Hourglass) Zeldas together. They're quite different from each other. My own favorites are Link to the Past and Twilight Princess for 2D and 3D, respectively, but I can't really pick which I like better of those two. They're both shining examples of their respective style of Zelda game.
