while i would never compare Skyrim to Dragons Dogma, i'd say it compares to WKC as Skyrim does. 
I liked WKC2, but even though Dragons Dogma is not perfect, its definetly a step up in quality over Level 5's latest Knights-Game. In terms of Combat, WKC2 is more like FFXII, while Dragons Dogma is more like Demons Souls x Monster Hunter x The Elder Scrolls. If we compare how addicting the customization and loothunting can get, i'd say WKC2 is doing a little better, but its just that all the other aspects of Dragons Dogma won me over in comparison with WKC.
