I don't mind first day download content for buying the game new instead of used. For example, the thing that Arkham City did with the catwomen download. It was an incentive to buy the game new if you wanted to play the catwomen part. Though I'm sure t wasn't need. I also made the mistake of playing the game before fully downloading the catwomen thingy and I missed her furst chapter, lol. Also it wasn't on the disc.
